07/8What's the most difficult part of being overweight?

When I was overweight, a lot of people in my village teased me. I had trouble carrying out the most basic activities even standing for a long time. I could not sit properly on the ground and it was always difficult for me to walk. Although I was very interested in outdoor games, my weight wouldn't allow me to play. All of these were the challenges I faced.

What shape do you see yourself 10 years down the line? - As everyone else, I too want to remain fit and don’t want my belly to bulge out.

08/8What are the lifestyle changes you made?

I have become an early riser, have completely cut down on high calorie food and have stopped taking rice and sugar, which was one of the main reasons for my weight gain. I feel very light, very comfortable and agile too. Some people have started taking advice from me too and I feel very happy. Those who made fun of me are now inspired by my transformation.
